- KEY ELEMENTS FOR EFFECTIVE INTERACTIVE WHITEBOARD LESSONS: (from our readings)
- Instructionally sound - has specific and clearly presented objectives and educational purpose (beyond "fun")
- Interactive - students are involved in using the interactive whiteboard in a meaningful way; integrating collaboration into the lesson is even better
- PEDAGOGIAL INTERACTION - kids actively involved in: Discussion, Collaboration, Question-posing, etc.
- TECHNICAL INTERACTION - kids physically touching the board and manipulating objects
- Some interactives that take advantage of the options that the IWB offers - works on all "flavors" BIG OLE LIST O' INTERACTIVES
