As teachers, we don't have to be superheros even though sometimes we feel we do. The best teachers are those that embrace their "humanness" and show students that it's important to work hard, set high expectations and try to meet them, and be your "best self" both in work and with others.

And, don't forget to play and enjoy life - this is equally important and makes us better in all the other realms of our life: relationships, health, career, etc.

Perfectionism is not a healthy quality for any human!
