- Fund a project or specific purpose (e.g. Keeping It
Green - Recycling program, SMART Boards for Improving Literacy)
- Use existing data from your school, system, and
classroom (your assessment or anecdotal data!)
- List other sources of possible or existing funding (e.g. matching grants, school budget)
- Stick to the RFP (Request For Proposals) guidelines STRICTLY
- SUTEP Grants if you'll be in our service region......

- Be detailed about what you will purchase or fund with the proceeds
- Set a goal of a dollar amount and provide updates on how the fund raising is going
- Follow up, especially with large donors
