This is a survey course of EMS administration. Topics include EMS system design, operations, staffing, and financial management. Students will participate in designing and managing a fictitious EMS system. Computer simulations will provide results of their administrative and financial decisions. Students should be familiar with the use of computers, especially spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel).
