Presents the research on Math Wings, a program that teaches elementary students math through teamwork, discovery, and problem-solving. The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics has resources for elementary, middle, and secondary grade level teachers. BrainPOP, a wonderful interactive, animated site for teachers and students grades 3-8. Contains activities in math, health, science, technology, English, and social studies that correspond to national standards. Tom Snyder Productions has developed standards-based software in mathematics. A new program is Graph Master for grades 4-8.
ldonline has a reprint of an article that appeared in JLD, Mathematics Instruction for Secondary Students with Learning Disabilities. The Algebra Project is a mathematics literacy effort begun in the 1980s by civil rights leader Bob Moses to teach college entry math skills to low income students and students of color. Mrs. Glosser's Math Goodies was designed for students, parents, and teachers. It features interactive lessons and homework help. Don Johnston's assistive math programs include Access to Math, a talking math worksheet program, and Blocks in Motion, which helps develop problem-solving skills.
Another article reprint from JLD on ldonline is Educational Aspects of Mathematics Disabilities by Mercer et. al.   Awesome Library has a variety of math resources for K-12 including lesson plans, games, and projects.  
Equity For All Students in the new Millennium: Disabling Math Anxiety from Intervention in School & Clinic is reprinted on ldonline.The article contains a math attitude survey.   Fun Brain allows kids K-8 to practice a variety of math skills in a game format. Also has math resources for teachers and parents.  
Horizon Research, Inc. is a North Carolina company funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation to do research on the teaching of mathematics and science. Research studies can be downloaded as pdf documents.   Purplemath is a comprehensive site for algebra lessons. There are lessons from pre-algebra to the advanced level. Good site for teachers to brush up on their algebra skills. Many links to other algebra sites.  
    Math Forum @ Drexel is a resource site for math teachers at all levels, from pre-K through college.
