Instructions for Posting Teaching Labs on TaskStream


Log on to TaskStream and click on My Programs and look for PE 256 Pedagogy Portfolio.  Then click on Work on DRF to the right of PE 256 Pedagogy Portfolio.  Then click on the 3 Edit Content tab.  On the left, under Structure there is a list of folders.  Click on Plan Evaluation and a box will open.  In the top right hand corner of that box click on Add/Edit Work.  Then click on the Attachments tab.  Name the file (if you want) then click on browse to search for you lesson plan on your computer.  A Choose File window will open.  Look for the file you want to attach and click on it.  Then click on the Open button.  Then click Add File.  Repeat this procedure for your instructional plan.  Close that window.  Click on Teaching Evaluation and a box will open.  In the top right hand corner of that box click on Add/Edit Work.  Then click on the Attachments tab.  Name the file (if you want) then click on browse to search for a file on your your computer (remember, you need only to attach a "dummy file" here so that we can access the rubric to evaluate your DVD).  A Choose File window will open.  Look for the file you want to attach and click on it.  Then click on the Open button.  Then click Add File.  Close that window. You will be on the page with the word Structure on the left.  This time click on the folder for Reflection Evaluation and a box will open.  In the top right hand corner of that box click on Add/Edit Work.  Then click on the Attachments tab.  Name the file (if you want) then click on browse to search for your reflection on your computer.  A Choose File window will open.  Look for the file you want to attach and click on it.  Then click on the Open button.  Then click Add File.  Close that window.  Then click on the 5 Submission & Evaluation tab.  You will see three submit buttons under Submit Work.  Click on these buttons; once for the plans, once for the teaching and once for the reflection.  Your work will be submitted as final at that point.
