Professional Growth Portfolio
The purpose of this assignment is to provide evidence of growth and
change during the development of your knowledge of physical education teaching.
During this course you will study the characteristics of an effective professional
physical education teacher. This document will illustrate that this
process is lifelong, and that only through continuous reflection does one
become an "expert" teacher. It is for this reason that you are being asked
to build a portfolio. Note: You will continue to update and
build on this portfolio through-out the physical education program.
It will utilized in several classes including Internship II. Don't
lose it!
