· Generating
architecture and topology of WiMAX Lab to enable integration of new
product features.
· Ensuring
features and capabilities conformance to 802.16e and other
standards.
· Developing
real time automated low yield analysis system for fault detection
and failures root causes. The system is key in 45nm CMOS process
technology development and manufacturing.
