  3. Revisit as a Student: Google Classroom for student work and communication, including global learning
    Go to Google Classroom >> Click the plus sign to add a class >> Use this code: gxflxlz

    • We're going to do a few activities to get familiar with what it can do and how you might want to use it.
      • Two global education activities (I'll show you how to add an activity to your class stream)

  4. More with Google Classroom - Creating your class as a teacher
    • Go to Google Classroom and using the + icon, create a class as a teacher agreeing not to use it with students as we're just exploring
    • Once you create your class, copy and paste the code to join on this Miroboard with your name:

    • Now, customize it in the following ways:
      • Change the banner image with a built-in image or upload your own from Pixabay or another source.
      • Add an announcement to your homestream that is related to your current placement using the option at the top of the stream (e.g., telling your students something or having them answer a question).

  5. Collaborative iPad Activity The 4 Cs.
    • All team members should be involved!
    • When shooting video MAKE SURE TO TURN UP THE VOLUME on your iPad and don't stand too far away to be heard
    • If your evidence is a photo, ADD A CAPTION. If your evidence is a video SPEAK LOUDLY AND GET CLOSE
    • Try to do as many missions as possible and you can check your progress in the Activity Feed
    • Enter the game as a guest and choose a team (see chart below).
