Greetings!

I am pleased to announce that Western Carolina University will hold its first annual High School Model United Nations Conference co-sponsored by the department of political science and public affairs and the Model UN club on April 21^st. Our purpose is to promote awareness of global issues among high school students through this role-play simulation. I thank you for your interests and am looking forward to meeting you at the conference. In addition, I express my sincere thanks to those who have worked so hard to make it happen and hope that this will continue as a WCU tradition and an enjoyable learning experience for high school students.
