The guidelines posted here are for students who are NOT full time teachers. The guidelines are for a minimum amount of time, but the student should attempt to do more hours than the minimum. Contact Dr. Herzog for clarification at mherzog@wcu.edu or 828 227 3327. Lateral entry teachers can do their practicum work, lesson and unit planning, on the job.
