This page is maintained primarily as a resource for Dr. Brian Gastle's ENGL 480/580 class (Independent Study in Basic Latin Language, especially for English Majors/Medievalists) at Western Carolina University.

Our syllabus will be detrmined weekly, based upon our translation speed and the texts we wish to translate. You will need to purchase Wheelock's Latin and a good Latin dictionary (we'll talk about options in class).
